AML / KYC Notice

Every online donor must declare that they are donating voluntarily from their own lawful, tax-paid funds. Donations suspected to involve proceeds of crime are refused or reversed and may be reported to competent authorities.

We collect PAN for donation receipts as mandated by the Income Tax Act (Form 10BD reporting). Donations above statutory cash limits are not accepted; this website accepts only traceable digital payments.

Online donations are capped per transaction, and unusual patterns (rapid repeat transactions, mismatched identities, gateway risk flags) are reviewed manually before funds are applied to programmes.

In compliance with the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, we do not accept donations from foreign sources through this website unless the foundation holds a valid FCRA registration. Donors must be Indian citizens/residents paying from Indian payment instruments.

Individuals or institutions raising funds through our platform must complete KYC (identity, address, bank verification and supporting project documents) and are approved only after manual review by our compliance team.

Transaction records are retained per statutory timelines and made available to regulators, banks and payment gateways on lawful request. We cooperate fully with law-enforcement inquiries.
