Donation Usage Policy

Donations are applied exclusively to the charitable objects of the foundation: food security, education support, healthcare assistance, emergency relief and related community-welfare programmes, plus reasonable administrative costs necessary to run these programmes lawfully.

When you donate to a specific cause, we apply your donation to that programme. If a programme becomes fully funded, is cancelled, or cannot proceed, the balance is redirected to the most similar active programme. This flexibility is standard for charities and ensures no donation sits idle.

A limited portion of general donations covers essential operating costs (compliance, audit, payment-gateway fees, staff and technology). As a Section 8 company, no part of our income is distributed as profit or dividend to any member or director.

Every beneficiary is verified through documentation and in-person field checks by our volunteers before aid is disbursed. Disbursals are recorded with supporting proof (receipts, distribution records, photographs where appropriate and consented).

Accounts are maintained per the Companies Act, 2013, audited annually by an independent chartered accountant, and filed with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Income Tax Department (including Form 10BD donor reporting).
